What teaching materials are employed?Comfort Learning has its own teaching material. It is designed interactively and employs audio, photos, videos as well as interactive white boards (virtual classrooms). The whiteboard shows the student what is on the monitor of the teacher and functions like a board on the wall. Our teaching material includes homework which the student receives by email. When can I have lessons?We are very flexible and try to consider whenever it is possible your preferred lesson times. You can also arrange the lessons individually week to week with your teacher. You should inform the school 24 hours in advance if there are any changes. What software is necessary?We use the leading free Skype software for the connection over the internet. You can also have a video conference along with the telephone communication. Of course chatting is also possible. Do the teachers use a webcam?All of our teachers have a webcam? The teachers can turn off the webcam if you wish. Using a webcam for general teaching is not necessarily recommended. Firstly the internet connection is slower which can affect the quality of teaching, and secondly the visual aspect can be distracting under circumstances. Are the teachers qualified?All of our teachers speak more than one language and have many years of Spanish teaching experience. All the teachers have Spanish as their mother tongue and have a diploma in teaching. What hardware and software do I need for the lessons?
